- Can I renew my credential here?
- No – you need to go here.
- Can I make up a missed class here?
- Yes – If you are enrolled in the pilot courses, you can log in and complete the tests for any missed classes, and for Level 1 find links to recorded class presentations as well. If you are in another course and need to do a make-up, please use this form to contact a site administrator to arrange enrollment.
- I am having trouble logging in.
- Click My Account in the menu and reset your password. Be sure to check spam folder if you don’t receive a message from the system. Also make sure you are logging in with your UserID or the correct email address. If you’re still having trouble, send a message with the contact form.
